This Privacy Policy explains how LearnDo ("LearnDo", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects the personal data you share through learndo.in. We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

When you fill in a form on this website, we collect only what the form asks for:

  • Curriculum download form: parent's name, email address, mobile number, child's grade and the programme of interest.
  • Institutional enquiry form: institution name, contact person's name, designation (optional), email address, mobile number, area of interest and your message.
  • Speak With Us form: your name, email address, mobile number, the topic of your enquiry and, depending on the topic, your child's grade, programme of interest, institution details and message.
  • SHARO form: full name, email address, mobile number, city (optional) and what you would like to gain from the workshop (optional).

We do not ask for children's personal details

Our forms are meant to be filled in by parents, guardians, institutions and adult participants. We only ask for a child's grade, never a child's name or contact details.

Why we collect it

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for any purpose unrelated to your enquiry without your consent.

  • To respond to your enquiry and share the information you asked for, such as a programme curriculum.
  • To contact you about the programme, workshop or partnership you enquired about.
  • To understand which programmes and pages are most useful, so we can improve the website.

Where your data is stored and who can access it

Form submissions are sent securely to a Google Sheet in LearnDo's Google account, and an email notification is sent to LearnDo's enquiry inbox. Google stores this data on its servers under its own security and privacy commitments.

Only authorised members of the LearnDo team, and VEBAS AI Systems Private Limited where needed to maintain the website and forms, can access these submissions.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, and in any case for no longer than 24 months after your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
  • Correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Delete your data, or withdraw your consent to us using it.
  • Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf.
